Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. Our team arrives fully equipped with professional, eco-friendly products and tools. If you prefer we use specific products you provide, just let us know in advance.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every member of our team is fully insured, trained, and background-checked before they ever set foot in your space.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many clients provide access instructions and go about their day. You are also welcome to stay home if you prefer.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If anything falls short, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no extra cost.
How do you price your services?
Pricing depends on the size of your space, the type of service, and how often you book. Reach out for a free, personalized quote with no obligation.
Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Of course. We ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule and offer the slot to another client.
